Arogyadham Chikitsalay is a manifestation of human service and good thoughts: CM Shri Chouhan

Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that there is no religion more than doing good unto others, the whole earth is like a family, compassion towards every living being and the spirit of welfare of the whole world is the basic sense of culture and civilization of our country. Arogyadham Hospital and Research Centre is a manifestation of all these. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan was addressing the 11th Foundation Day function of Arogyadham in Gwalior. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan also dedicated the new ICU block in Arogyadham campus. Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’s Sah Sarkaryavah Shri Suresh Soni expressed views as the key speaker at the ceremony.

Those on stage included Shri Vishnu Jain, President of Taranekar Smriti Seva Trust, ShriTriyambal Kelkar, Chairman of Arogyadham Sanchalan Samiti.

On this occasion, Union Minister for Farmers Welfare and Agriculture Development, Shri Narendra Singh Tomar, former Governor of Haryana Shri Kaptan Singh Solanki, State Home Minister Dr. Narottam Mishra, Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Shri Om Prakash Sakhlecha, former Minister Shri Anoop Mishra, Shri Jaibhan Singh Pawaiyya, Smt. Maya Singh, Shri Narayan Singh Kushwaha, BJP District President Shri Kamal Makhijani and other public representatives and senior officials of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and the operators and service citizens associated with the operation of the Arogyadham Hospital were present.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that the state government is also giving top priority to education and health. The government is also working towards expanding health services in collaboration with private hospitals. Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan assured on the occasion that Madhya Pradesh government will extend full cooperation in the expansion of medical services of Arogyadham.

Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’s Sah Sarkaryavah Shri Suresh Soni said that the concept of Total Health is being given prominence in the present era. The hospitals are responsible for making the patients aware along with treating them. Shri Soni said that in the period of the Covid-19 pandemic, India has carved a special place in the whole world. India is going to supply Corona vaccine to almost one hundred countries of the world. At the same time, by providing free vaccines to neighboring countries, India has proved that the service of the oppressed is the basic mantra of Indian culture.

At the outset, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan and other guests dedicated the new ICU block at Arogyadham.

Citizens honoured for their services

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan and other guests honoured the doctors and social workers offering free services in Arogyadham Hospital by giving them shawl-shriphal. These include Dr. Dinesh Bhorani, renowned cancer specialist of the country, Architect Shri Rajesh Gupta and Dr. Tarun Mittal and Dr. Manish Singhal’s mother.

Smt. Shanti Devi donates Rs one crore to the hospital
