One lakh jobs should be created in the state every month

Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that maximum employment opportunities should be created in every district through planning and self-employment in government and private sectors. About one lakh jobs should be created every month in the state. Employment should be made available by organizing employment fairs in every district every month.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that a master plan should be prepared for villages like cities for the integrated development of villages. Under this, infrastructure development in villages, construction of permanent assets and beneficiary-oriented works should be done in a planned manner. In this, maximum use of MNREGA, Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, Khet Sadak Yojana etc. should be used.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that many districts of the state have done a good job in promoting the products there and providing market linkage to them under the Ek Zila-Ek Utpad Yojana. They deserve to be congratulated for this.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan was addressing the second session of video conferencing of Divisional Commissioners, IGs, Collectors and Superintendents of Police in Mantralaya today. Chief Secretary Shri Iqbal Singh Bains, DGP Shri Vivek Johri, Additional Chief Secretary Shri Manoj Shrivastava, Principal Secretary Shri Manoj Govil etc. were present in the video conference.

Letter to Prime Minister and Finance Minister

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that the withholding of loan disbursement under Swanidhi Yojana by the banks on the basis of Cibil score is extremely objectionable. “I express my displeasure towards the banks on this. In this regard, a letter will be written to the Prime Minister and the Finance Minister. This is a central scheme made for the poor. In this, loans not being provided to the poor by banks is unjust”. The Chief Secretary said that CIBIL score need not be considered for lending by banks under the PM Swanidhi Yojana. Loan disbursement should not be stopped in cases on civil grounds. Along with this, there are also complaints that if there is any defaulter in the family, then the loan of the applicant is being withheld. This should not be so.

Sehore tops in Path Vendors Upliftment Scheme (Rural)

In the review of Path Vendors Upliftment Scheme (Rural), Sehore district ranked first in the state where loan distribution has been done in 2922 cases. This is followed by the progress of Rajgarh, Dindori, Shahdol and Raisen. The last five districts are Sheopur, Dhar, Jhabua, Niwari and Umaria. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan instructed all these districts to make improvement in the scheme.

Review again after 15 days

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that the Path Vendor Scheme is an ambitious scheme of the Prime Minister, all collectors and municipal officers should coordinate with the banks and distribute the loans. “I will review the work after 15 days. I want results.”

Assistance to 78 lakh farmer families under Mukhya Mantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana

Under the Chief Minister Kisan Kalyan Yojana, 78 lakh farmer families are to be provided assistance. Out of these, 91 percent of these farmers have been verified. The rest will be done soon.

All new eligibility slip holders should get ration

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that new eligibility slips have been given to all poor people of the state for fair price ration. Distribution of ration should be ensured to all of them. As of now, ration has been distributed to 83 percent, the remaining 17 percent will also get the ration soon. Special attention should be paid to low progress districts including Harda, Betul, Panna, Shahdol and Morena.

Anna Utsav to be held on the 7th of every month

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that Anna Utsav will be celebrated every month at all 25271 fair price shops in the state. Out of these, Anna Utsav will be held on the days of Haat Bazaar. On this day, fair price ration will be provided to all the poor. Also the stock of the shops will be verified. Public representatives will be present during the Utsav.

SHG loan disbursement programme on January 8

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that a programme for loan disbursement to self-help groups of the state is being organized on January 8. He directed that market linkage along with bank linkage should be made available to self-help groups.

Congratulations on leading in cleanliness survey

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan congratulated Indore for being No-1 in the Cleanliness Survey 2020. Along with this, urban bodies like Khargone, Bhopal, Ujjain, Burhanpur, Shahganj, Badnawar, Omkareshwar, Kantafod etc. were also congratulated for their achievement in cleanliness.

No “compromise” on cleanliness

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan directed that Madhya Pradesh should be made No-1 state in cleanliness. There will be no “compromise” in terms of cleanliness. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan instructed to remove Commissioner Municipal Corporation Gwalior for delay in payment of salaries to urban body workers and negligence in cleanliness work.

CNG production from cow dung

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that gaushalas should be made self-sufficient. For this, big gaushalas should be made by combining small gaushalas. Gaushalas can be made self-sufficient by proper use of Goukashta and Goumutra. Producing CNG from cow dung and selling it through petrol pumps is being done successfully in Uttar Pradesh. Such efforts should be made in every district under the Govardhan Yojana. The “Banas gaushala” Gujarat model should be adopted. “Gau-nile' (Gau-phenyl) should be used in government agencies.

Katni should specially focus on stopping illegal mining

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan directed that effective action should be taken against illegal mining, transportation and storage in the state. Special attention should be given to Katni as there are more complaints from there. Illegal transport vehicles should be confiscated.

Employment fairs should be held every month

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan directed that an employment fair should be organized every day in every district of the state, in which efforts should be made to create 1.5 to 2 thousand job opportunities in small districts and 3 to 5 thousand jobs in big districts. The “Rozgar Setu” portal should be used effectively for this work.

“Redesign” self-employment schemes

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan directed that self-employment schemes should be “redesigned”, so that they can be made more useful and more people can get their benefits.

Make full use of MNREGA yojana

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan directed that the MNREGA scheme should be fully utilized for the development of villages. Better use of this scheme will provide work to every person and ensure development of villages. For this, the Collector and CEO should prepare the District Panchayat Action Plan. Guna, Ashoknagar, Anuppur, Morena and Dhar districts were congratulated for good work in the scheme.

Districts congratulated under Ek Zila-Ek Utpad Yojana

Branding is being done of ginger in Niwari, peas in Jabalpur, utensils in Satna, kodo, honey, gulbakavali extracts in Anuppur, chilly and cotton in Khargone and banana chips in Burhanpur under the Ek Zila-Ek Utpad Yojana. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan congratulated all the districts especially Anuppur district for this work. Coriander processing plants are being started in Guna. Kodo-kutki in Mandla and Zari Zardori are being promoted in Bhopal. They are also being linked to Flipkart, Amazon etc.

Congratulations for implementation of Ayushman Yojana and Swamitva Yojana

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan congratulated all the districts for the good work of making Ayushman Yojana cards in the state. One crore 70 lakh cards have been made under the Ayushman Yojana in the state. Work has been completed in 208 villages under the Swamitva Yojana. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan also congratulated all concerned in this connection.

Strict action should be taken against those making fake manure and seeds

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan directed that strict action should be taken against the black marketing, illegal storage, transporters of fake manure-seeds as well as the manufacturers. No manufacturer and seller of fake manure-seeds, pesticides should be spared. Stern action has been taken against fake manufacturers of manure in Jabalpur. All the guilty should be sent to jail. Vehicles should be confiscated.

Payment of Mukhya Mantri Swechhanudan should be made in 3 days

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that the Mukhya Mantri Swechhanudan is given for the treatment of serious diseases etc. its payment should be made in maximum three days. It should not be delayed.

Efforts should be made to increase GST

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan directed that efforts should be made to increase GST in every district. Austerity should be exercised in works. There should be no unnecessary expenditure in government events. Compared to last year, there is 16 percent reduction in GST, 16 percent in excise, 25 percent in transport and 43 percent in Revenue department. On the other hand, there is hike of 15 percent in VAT, 37 percent in forest, 12 percent in energy, 8 percent in minerals and 6 percent increase in stamps and registration.

Strict action should be taken against liquor mafia

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan directed that the sale of illicit liquor in the state should be strictly banned. Strong action should be taken against liquor mafia. Collector and Superintendent of Police should take action in this regard. Action should be taken against excise officers who are negligent in their work.

Take action against big power thieves

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan instructed that first of all, action should be taken against big power thieves under a campaign against power theft. Special checking campaigns to increase transportation revenue income. Illegal mineral mining and transportation should be strictly stopped for income from minerals.

Conduct reviews every week to increase collector revenue

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan directed all collectors to review every department once a week to increase revenue in their districts. Efforts should be made to increase revenue at the district level
