Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan was called on by a delegation, comprising 6 youth at his residence today. The cycle expedition was organized by the members of the Arambh Samiti from Satna to Bhopal to convey a message of pride, respect and security of girls and women.
Shri Ankit, Rohit, Pradeep, Abhilash, Narayan and Ravendra, the members of the team informed the Chief Minister Shri Chouhan about the objectives of the cycle expedition, which commenced from Satna on October 14. The cycle expedition reached Bhopal, spreading awareness among the people in Katni, Damoh, Sagar, Vidisha. The youth urged the Chief Minister Shri Chouhan that provisions of stringent laws should be made to safeguard the dignity and respect of girls and women. Women, who go through incident of discourteous behaviour and rape should get justice quickly.
