PM Narendra Modi to participate in concluding ceremony of Narmada Seva Yatra

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will take part in the concluding ceremony of Namami Devi Narmade - Narmada Seva Yatra. He will visit Amarkantak to participate in the program on May 15. On the occasion, he will also shed light on the future work plan made for the conservation of rivers. PM Modi has also been updated about various welfare schemes being implemented in Madhya Pradesh. 
 
'Narmada Seva Yatra', which began on December 11, 2016, from Amarkantak, will conclude at the same place on May 15, 2017. The yatra was started as an initiative to conserve the holy river Narmada and deteriorating environment. The Yatra has been receiving a huge support from each section of society and religions. As of now, a number of prominent celebrities, environmentalists, spiritual leaders have participated in it. PM Modi will also lay the foundation stone of sewage treatment plants which will be installed in 18 cities of the state.
